2024 Lean Management Training Annual Report

In an increasingly competitive market environment, lean management has become a key driver for enhancing corporate competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. Under the high-level attention of Group President Shan and HTEC President Zhu, and with the strong support of various factories and departments, Mr. Chen Jianlin, Head of the Manufacturing Center, invited Mr. Lei Caibing, a Group expert in lean management,  to organize a lean management intensive training camp for Hi - tec Environmental Material Co., Ltd.(HTEC)

 After the training, frontline managers from each factory integrated the concepts with on-site practices, focusing on cost optimization and revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and tapping internal operational potential—thereby driving all employees to enhance their comprehensive capabilities and professionalism. Through the combination of theoretical training and practical application,HTEC achieved remarkable results in lean management in 2024. We have gradually cultivated a robust culture of "everyone engages in improvement, and everything pursues lean excellence." Our management mindset has achieved a profound shift, deepening our understanding of the essence and significance of lean management.

At the end of 2024, representatives from all factories gathered to present their achievements to senior management through summary reports, consolidating their learnings, showcasing practical results, and outlining future prospects.
