Pursuing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Crafting Quality—2025 WANMA-TECH Lean Project Launch Meeting

To deepen the concept of lean management and drive high-quality development, the 2025 WANMA-TECH Lean Project Launch Meeting was officially held on May 9th. The event was graced by Ms. Zhang Shanshan, Vice Chairwoman of WANMA GROUP; Ms. Yan Huifang, Assistant to the Group Vice President; and Mr. Lei Caibing, IE Director and Chief Lean Coach of WANMA MACROMOLECULE.

The purpose of this launch meeting was to clarify project goals, unite the entire workforce, and promote cost reduction, efficiency improvement, process optimization, and enhanced product competitiveness through lean management  philosophy and methodologies.

As the Lean Consultant, Mr. Lei Caibing presented the initiative's master plan, implementation steps, expected goals, key milestones, and timeline of the lean project. He systematically analyzed the improvement points of on-site issues based on the actual conditions at WANMA-TECH, emphasizing the importance of "clearly defining employee responsibilities."

In his speech, General Manager She Qingyan stressed that lean management is a crucial driver for enhancing core competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. He urged all employees to strengthen their awareness of lean management, focus on process optimization, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement, and deeply integrate lean management concepts into day-to-day operations.

Ms. Zhang Shanshan, Vice Chairwoman of the Group, underscored the profound significance of lean management in her concluding remarks: "Lean management is an indispensable and ongoing initiative for every enterprise, requiring full participation from all employees. In a fiercely competitive market, only by adhering to lean thinking can we continuously reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the company’s resilience and adaptability."

During the solemn oath-taking ceremony, Mr. Lei Caibing led the pledge, and all participants solemnly committed:
"I pledge to dedicate myself to lean transformation,
Breaking the old and establishing the new, resolutely executing;
Starting with myself, collaborating and striving forward;
Continuously improving, pursuing excellence;
For the development of WANMA-TECH,
I will give my all and never give up!"

The successful launch of this lean project holds significant strategic importance for the company’s development and has pointed the way for our subsequent work. We are determined to live up to the trust placed in us and spare no effort in advancing the implementation of the lean project.
