All Speak Safety, All Handle Emergencies——Special Feature on the 2025 "Work Safety Month"

To thoroughly implement the national work safety policy and strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, the company organized a series of diverse and rich in content work safety month activities in June 2025 around the theme of "All Speak Safety, All Handle Emergencies". From the kick-off meeting to the knowledge contest, from special training to practical drills, the company has worked together from top to bottom to strengthen safety defenses and safeguard high-quality development.

I. Launch Ceremony: Sounding the Assembly Call for Safety

On June 4th, WANMA-TECH held the launch ceremony for the 2025 "Work Safety Month". General Manager She Qingyan delivered a mobilization speech, emphasizing that "safety is the lifeline of development" and urging all employees to take this Work Safety Month as an opportunity to integrate safety concepts into every aspect of daily work.

Chen Xin, head of the safety department, gave an in-depth interpretation of the activity plan and led everyone in a solemn safety oath ceremony.

II. Special Training on Safety Knowledge: Enhancing Skills through Competition

On June 23rd, the company held an event themed "Work Safety Knowledge Training and Safety Knowledge Competition".

At the training session, Chen Xin, head of the safety department, delivered a systematic explanation on core contents such as work safety and on-site operation risk management and control, combining typical industry cases with the company's actual situation.

Through video demonstrations, scenario simulations, interactive Q&A and other forms, he analyzed the easily overlooked safety hazards in daily work in a simple and in-depth manner, and emphasized the safety concept of "prevention first, integrating prevention with firefighting".

She Qingyan, General Manager of WANMA-TECH, summarized and pointed out: "The responsibility for work safety is as weighty as a mountain. We must always keep the string of safety tight. We should continuously strengthen the efforts in safety hazard identification and remediation, carry out hidden danger investigation regularly, and ensure early detection and immediate action."

Safety Knowledge Competition

In the competition segment, Six teams competed fiercely through rounds of compulsory, buzzer-round, and risk-challenge questions, demonstrating solid safety knowledge.

Participants in the audience were equally eager to join in. During the interactive session, they raised their hands enthusiastically to participate in the Q&A, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere.

In the end, company leaders presented prizes to the winning teams and encouraged all employees to use the competition as a means to enhance their learning and transform safety knowledge into practical operational capabilities.

III. Emergency Rescue Drill: Fortifying the Safety Line

On the afternoon of June 26, the company organized an emergency rescue drill, which included first aid for heatstroke, emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) drill, and the use of fire extinguishers.

Summary and Outlook

The company will take the "Work Safety Month" as a catalyst to drive year-round efforts, continuously consolidate the foundation of safety management, strengthen work safety management, and establish and improve a long-term mechanism for work safety.
