Promoting Annual Work through "Safety Month": Practice and Empowerment of Wuxi Hi-Tec in the 2025 Work Safety Month

Safety is the lifeline of development, and responsibility is the firewall for safety.
During the "Work Safety Month" in June 2025, all factories under Wuxi Hi-Tec Environmental Material Co., Ltd. carried out a series of safety activities with diverse forms and rich contents, centering on the theme of "All Promote Safety, All Handle Emergencies：Identify potential safety hazards around you" and closely following the main line of "Prevent risks, eliminate hidden dangers, and curb accidents". These activities comprehensively deepened the safety culture and solidified the enterprise's work safety defense line.

I. Launch Ceremony: Overall Deployment to Kick Off the Event

To strengthen the organizational leadership of this year's Work Safety Month activities and ensure their effective implementation, the general manager of the company delivered an overall deployment speech. He clarified the strategic positioning of safety, emphasized management guidance, analyzed existing problems, arranged action paths, consolidated the consensus among all employees, and sparked the development of a safety culture among all staff.

All factories held the kick-off meetings for the Work Safety Month, and issued notices regarding the activity plans for the Work Safety Month.

II. Publicity and Mobilization: Creating an Atmosphere and Building Consensus

At the beginning of the activity, all factories hung theme banners, and employees actively responded to the initiative, fostering an atmosphere of full staff participation. Safety education and warning videos were played in a loop on the electronic screens in the workshops, strengthening risk awareness through intuitive images and integrating safety concepts into daily work.




III. Safety Training: Consolidating Foundations and Improving Safety Awareness

Zhu Linliang, Director of the EHS Management Center, focused on the core theme: "Team Safety Management: Strengthening the Enterprise's Safety Defense Line." Combining practical issues, he elaborated in depth on how to strengthen team safety management and stabilize the enterprise's safety foundation from the aspects of the importance of team safety management, existing hidden dangers, safety inspections and risk control measures, on-site management standardization, and guidance on safety culture construction.

Factories have organized work safety education and training sessions, which focus on key contents such as safety production laws, regulations, systems, and job-specific safety operating procedures. These training activities aim to systematically enhance all employees' safety awareness and preventive capabilities, further strengthen the concept of "safety first, prevention first", and lay a solid foundation for consolidating the enterprise's safety production defense line.

IV. Knowledge Competition: Promoting Learning Through Competition to Consolidate Results  

Through this safety knowledge contest, the effectiveness of safety training and awareness campaigns was significantly enhanced. The event combined written tests with practical safety drills, effectively igniting learning engagement and ensuring safety knowledge translates into daily practice.

V. Hidden Hazard Investigation : Full Staff Engagement and Root Cause Management  

Centered on the campaign theme: "Identify Hazards, Control Risks, SafetyFirst! Never Cross Safety Boundaries, Collectively Fortify Our Defenses!", we vigorously implemented the 2025 Hidden Hazard Investigation initiative through full staff participation, accountability fulfillment, and full-cycle rectification.



VI. Emergency Drills: Realistic Scenarios to Build Response Competence  

Practical application cements knowledge. To validate and enhance corporate emergency response capabilities, all factories conducted multi-scenario drills covering fire emergencies, CPR training, and environmental incidents. These exercises refined contingency plans, accelerated employee response times, and strengthened self-aid/buddy-aid skills—erecting a robust emergency defense system for workplace safety.

Summary of Work Safety Month Activities

With the company's organization and deployment as well as the active participation of all employees, this "Work Safety Month" campaign has achieved the expected results. Through the implementation of a series of activities, the atmosphere of "All Promote Safety" has become more intense, the ability of "All Handle Emergencies" has been improved, and the consciousness of taking actions to "identify potential safety hazards around" has been significantly enhanced.
Work safety is an endless endeavor.
