HTEC's 2025 Year-End Work Report Conference Concludes Successfully

Time flows ceaselessly, and the seasons move on. As the dedicated endeavors of 2025 solidify into milestones of growth, a brand-new journey for 2026 stands ready to begin. With the objectives of conducting a comprehensive review of the past, consolidating our collective strength for development, and charting a clear course forward, HTEC solemnly convened its 2025 Year-End Work Report Conference on January 22, 2026. Company leadership, heads of all departments, and representatives gathered in one hall to share the harvest of the past year and deliberate on the blueprint for the new chapter ahead.

On the same day, heads of all departments took the stage one by one to submit their "performance reports" for 2025. Supported by data and based on facts, the work reports comprehensively reviewed the achievement of annual performance goals, the progress of major special tasks, and the implementation schedule of core projects. They not only showcased the impressive results on the "scorecard" but also did not shy away from the problems and shortcomings in the work, conducted in-depth analysis of the root causes, and proposed improvement ideas.

At the same time, combining HTEC's strategic planning and industry development trends, each head clearly elaborated on the 2026 work goals, core tasks and implementation paths, demonstrating a pragmatic work style and a determined attitude to forge ahead with enterprise.

Mr. Gao, who was far away in Singapore, participated in the entire conference online and delivered a speech. Although based overseas, Mr. Gao has always cared deeply about HTEC's development. In his speech, he generously shared cutting-edge insights and practical experience in the overseas market, providing valuable references for the subsequent work of all departments, and further conveying a firm belief in working together with all colleagues to promote the steady development of the company.

Mr. Zhu Min, General Manager, highly praised all employees for their hard work and outstanding performance in 2025 in his concluding speech.

He stated that in the past year, facing the complex market environment and fierce industry competition, it was precisely by virtue of the cohesion and efforts of all HTEC colleagues to overcome difficulties that the company could steadily achieve its annual goals and realize improvement in both quality and efficiency.
